What to Expect When You Apply

 

Our hiring process is designed to be thoughtful, transparent, and human-centred. Here’s what you can expect:

Initial interview with a Talent Advisor a conversation focused on your interest in the role as well as your academic and professional background.

Interview with the Hiring Manager a deeper drive into your experience and how it aligns with the position. This is also your opportunity to ask questions about the team, culture and work environment.

Team Interview collaborative discussions with future teammates and cross-functional partners to explore how you’ll contribute and connect within the broader Yorkville community.
